KINDERGARTEN – SIXTH GRADE

8:00AM – 3:00PM
(On staff development days dismissal will be 12:00pm)

TUITION: $4,000.00

REGISTRATION FEE: $275.00

DAY CARE
$1.50 will be charged per ½ hour.
Late Fee (for picking up child/children after 6:00 PM)
$1.00 per minute per child will be charged after 6:00 pm
All Day Care will be paid in ADVANCE, on an as used basis.

Registration fee is an annual charge that serves as a non-refundable deposit to guarantee a position in class provided all other requirements for admission are met accordingly.

Annual tuition is based on the number of school days between August and June. It will not be prorated in months with vacations and holidays or for any unforeseen circumstances.

Tuition payments can be made in ten (10) equal monthly payments beginning August and ending in May. All payments are due and payable by the 15th of the month. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for payments received after the 20th.

Daycare fees will be paid in advance on an as used basis.

A 30-day written notice is required when withdrawing a student for any reason. Payment is required for the 30 days following the date of notice.

Discounts available for students are as follows:

Sibling – 10% for the 2nd child and 15% for the additional sibling. The eldest will be considered the first child for bookkeeping purposes.
Cash Payment – 4% if tuition is paid in full by the 15th of August, and 2% if tuition is paid in two equal payments – one by August and another by February.
Referral Fee - $50.00 credit to your account if you refer a family to our school. The family must inform us of the referral at the time of enrollment. The student must also attend the school for a minimum of 3 months before your account is credited.

Half Day Daycare (7am-8am) & (12pm-6pm)
$2.50 per half hour will be charged after 12pm until 6pm and also from 7am until 8am. After 6pm $1.00 per minute will be charged.

Full Day Daycare (5pm-6pm)
$1.50 per half hour will be charged after 5pm until 6pm, after 6pm $1.00 per minute will be charged.

On months with holidays and vacations (School may be closed during the Christmas vacation.)
If the child is sick and has to stay home per school health policy.
Should the school be closed due to unforeseen events tuition will not be prorated.

Daycare fees are billed weekly and should be paid upon receipt of an invoice.

A 30-day written notice is required when withdrawing a child from the academy for the rest of the school year. Payment is required for the 30 days following the date of notice.
